Fri, October 6, 2006 - 9:35 AMIf that's true, Shatter, then I'm doubly glad I never accepted when Jan repeatedly tried to ask me out on a date back before I had any clue who he was.
Oh, he claimed it wasn't *intended* to be a date, just trying to make new friends - but that didn't wash. Supposedly monogamous men do not invite women other than their wives to dinner at nice restaurants *without* their wives along with purely innocent intent.
Of course, given what's on my profile, the very fact that he *did* ask me out shows, shall we say, a bit of a double standard?
Or perhaps *I'm* the one who actually caused all the brouhaha just by rejecting him.
Nah, people with attitudes like this are this way no matter who they date. Most likely I was just some curious oddity to him.
Oh, well. I simply do not date men who are clearly cheating on their wives. Or closed-minded men.
